Practice

The club meets three times a week at the following times:

Wednesdays - Seniors & Juniors practice. 7:15 - 9:45pm Senior Induction when on 7.30 - 8.30pm (see News page for details).
7:15 - 8:30pm Kata Geiko (Ono ha Itto Ryu, Mizoguchi ha and Nihon Kendo Kata) 8.30pm - 9:45pm Shinai Kendo

Fridays - Seniors & Juniors practice. 7.00 - 8.30pm
7:00 - 7:30pm Kihon Keiko Ho
7:30 - 8:30pm Shinai Kendo

Saturdays - Kodokan Juniors
10am - 12 noon. All aspects of Kendo
9 to 12 Years & 13 to 17 Years of age.
