	Practice The club meets three times a week at the following times: Monday 7:30 - 8:30pm Free practice This will cover at times all aspects of kendo including koryu and iaido. Wednesdays 7:30 - 10:00pm Seniors and juniors practice. Induction when on, please see News for details. 7:30 - 9:00pm Kata Geiko [Ono ha Itto Ryu and Nihon Kendo Kata] 9.00pm -10:00pm Shinai Kendo Fridays Seniors and juniors practice 7:00 - 7:30pm Kihon Keiko Ho 7:30 - 8:30pm Shinai Kendo After practice we socialise in the pub.
